All of our clients are guaranteed a minimum numbers of hours of service per month. The number will depend on the specifics of your environment, including the number of desktops and servers and their operating systems, the number of critical business applications and the overall complexity of your network.

Each month, the time can be used for problem resolution, maintenance, or new work (such as installs or upgrades). At the end of the month, any unused hours are rolled to the next month. Unused hours continue to accumulate. You never pay for time that you don’t use. And just as important, your technology expense is now longer a wildcard each month, varying based on how much work was done or how many problems you had. Your technology cost is now a regular budget item ever month.

The cost varies depending on the specifics of your environment, but service is available for as little as $200 per month.
